Asi como se disciplina la mente, se requiere disciplinar al cuerpo para lograr poner en un contexto real la frase “mente sana en cuerpo sano”. Estimular el desempeño de alguna actividad fisica es tan importante como cualquiera de las areas de conocimiento curricular. Por tal motivo, se anima a los alumnos a jugar basquetbol, futbol o voleibol durante sus horas de recreo, ademas de impartirles una clase educacion fisica a la semana, durante la cual se les enseña a coordinar sus movimientos para desempeñar cualquier actividad fisica. Mas aun, durante sus clases, los alumnos tienen la opcion de practicar gimnasia o futbol, ambas disciplinas impartidas por instructores capacitados.

Just as the mind is disciplined, we must discipline the body to be able to set into a real context the phrase “sound mind in a sound body”. To stimulate the development of any physical activity is as important as any area of curricular knowledge. For this reason, we encourage students to play basketball, football, or volleyball during their recess time, besides giving them one physical education class per week, during which they are taught to coordinate their movements to carry out any kind of physical activity. Furthermore, during their classes the students have the option to practice gymnastics or foot-ball, both disciplines imparted by capable instructors.
